Stroke Patient Care – Timeframe Pilot Study

It is a pilot quality-improvement study at the ED. This will track the stroke patient journey, from ED arrival to hospital discharge. 

This study aims to evaluate the timelines, clinical interventions, delays, and outcomes of stroke patients from Emergency Department arrival to hospital discharge.

How to use: Record the date and time of every care milestone, from ED arrival to hospital discharge, along with relevant remarks.
