Dr P.P. Nizab is a distinguished physician, academic leader, and healthcare visionary. He serves as HOD & Senior Consultant – Physician & Diabetologist at Aster MIMS Kottakkal and is widely regarded as one of the leading physicians in India.

A Gold Medalist in General Medicine from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Dr Nizab further trained in Clinical Endocrinology and Diabetes through the Royal Colleges of Physicians, London, and was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), London.

An advocate for excellence in medical education, he was instrumental in introducing the Internal Medicine Training (IMT) Programme of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) to Aster MIMS Kottakkal and currently serves as a Training Programme Director, mentoring future healthcare professionals.

As Chairman of DIMS Academy, Dr Nizab provides strategic leadership focused on excellence, innovation, and competency-based healthcare education. Under his guidance, DIMS Academy bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world clinical practice.

Having impacted the lives of thousands of patients through his work in internal medicine, diabetes care, and preventive health, Dr Nizab is respected for his clinical expertise, patient-centred approach, and commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
